Standardized services:
- Reception: 24/7
- Breakfast: on weekdays 6.30 AM -10 AM and on weekends 7 AM - 10 AM
- Minibar (surcharged): Please, note minibar consumption during stay/upon departure.
- Safe: In-room safe is at service, besides safe and luggage storage is available at the reception as well.
- Medication: Essential medications are available at the reception.
- Daily change of bedclothes and sheets: Up to request.
- Daily change of towels: Up to request.
- Slippers: Available at reception - free of charge.
- Cleansing products: Toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving products are available at reception.

- Children's rate: up to age of 4 free of charge, from the age of 4 until 14 costs 27 € /child /night
- Parking: Over 50 spots available at private, closed yard. Fee is 8 € / spot / night.
- E-vehicle charging: 11 € /charge
- Pets: ONLY in three-star building, surharge is 2500 HUF / pet / night
Three-star building:
- Cross Drink Bar – alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks, coffee, tea; and billiard, darts and table-soccer to play
- Magnolia Spa – for the revival of body and soul
- Kamillus conference room
Four-star building:
- Carmen restaurant – a la carte restaurant, but it is possible to order from the menu or eat buffet style
