The special thing about the Hotel Kálvária is that it offers accommodation in two buildings and in two categories for the guests. Should you opt for a familial ambience, choose the 3-star rooms, and if you opt for the elegant environment, book for the 4-star hotel!
The 4-star building contains 43 rooms that are divided into two categories: deluxe and superior.
The newly opened deluxe part (February, 2019) contains rooms with double beds, twin beds and rooms with a balcony, as well as a suite. For the families there is a family room, respectively connecting rooms are also available.
In the superior category we are offering rooms with double beds, twin beds and with single beds. In addition our guests can choose from a suite and an apartment. This building is suitable for the handicapped, there is elevator to ease the traffic. The rooms are non-smoking. One room was furnished for those with wheel-chair, there is a sink with adjustable height in the bathroom, and the shower has a seat.
This building also contains the reception, the Carmen restaurant, the Apollónia conference room, the massage parlour and the gym as well as the laundry.
The 3-star building has 15 rooms. The options to be chosen from are the double-bed, twin-bed, 3-bed and 1-bed rooms. Pets are welcome here.
The Magnolia Spa area, the Kamillus conference room and the Cross Drink Bar are also here.
Our hotel offers baby-friendly services, too. We are prepared for the tiny ones: we provide cots, child-chair, bathing tub and toys, as well as child-seat with bicycle and children’s bicycle. There is a small playground in the courtyard.
The 3- and 4-star buildings of the hotel are connected by a closed courtyard. There is a safe friendly parking area for 50 cars. In addition we are happy to inform you that you can also use our new service: the electric car charger.
The paintings of the modern Hungarian painters provide a special atmosphere and the deluxe area boasts with pictures of the old Győr. Among others the paintings of Norbert Bukta, István Horkay, Ferenc Töreky, Endre Hajnal and Márta Nagy can also be found on the walls.
